As a Senior Developer, DevOps Expert, Team Leader, he has 10+ years of industry experience. He is experienced in developing end-to-end web and desktop applications, managing DevOps processes of applications, and managing business processes on cloud platforms. He has been a blogger for 13 years.
Meryem Bilginer
Founder & Project Management
As a Planner, Data Analyst, Segmentation Supervisor, she has 10+ years of industry experience. She worked at two of Turkey's established companies, LC Waikiki and Garanti BBVA Pension, where she developed a systems approach. She brings her technical expertise from two sectors and her visionary perspective to our projects. She is also an illustrator.
Our Journey
You are about to read Brainy Tech's story and who we are, from my pen.

Our biggest goal in the process of corporatization and development is to share this process with everyone moment by moment, so I wanted to write here a living, breathing paragraph that reflects our spirit and shows who we are.
We are a couple, two Industrial Engineers trying to pursue our own dreams - Murat and Meryem Bilginer.
I founded Brainy Tech as a sole proprietorship in 2020.
Until October 2023, I developed projects and provided consultancy for companies and individuals in the sector. Then, in October 2023, I paused the company's operations to pursue an opportunity that came my way.
During the period when the company was on pause, we developed projects with a finance company for one of Turkey's largest fintech companies.
During this time, my wife Meryem was working as a Business Analytics & Segmentation Supervisor at Garanti BBVA Pension.
In August 2024, we made a decision together and set ourselves a goal: in 1 year, we would reopen Brainy Tech and continue our company operations together.
This dream came true on October 22, 2025, and we resumed operations with Brainy Tech.
As Brainy Tech, our goal from the beginning has been not just to provide software to businesses, but to offer solutions that will carry them into the future. We have taken ownership of all the work we undertake as if it were our own, and we have been proud of the success that projects have shown both locally and globally.
